The fine print
Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not create with Drake Burning Bridges AI, how we review content, how to report a video and what happens when the rules are broken.
Last updated October 8, 2026
On this page
In short: only upload a photo of yourself or of an adult who has agreed to it. Six kinds of content are never allowed: sexual content, violence and gore, hate, anything that sexualises or endangers children, deepfakes or impersonation, and infringement of copyright or trademarks. We check content automatically at every AI step, review every report, remove what breaks the rules and close accounts that abuse the service.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to every photo you upload, every video generated from it, and anything you do with that video afterwards. It applies whether or not a generation succeeds, and whether or not you share the result.
1. How generation works, and why that matters
The service does one thing: it places the person in your photo into a fixed party scene. You cannot type a prompt, choose a different scene or edit the instructions sent to the AI models. The only thing you control is the photo. That is why most of the rules below are about what may and may not appear in it, and about who it shows.
2. Content standards
Every photo you upload must:
- show you, or an adult who has clearly agreed to appear in an AI-generated video;
- be a photo you took or have the right to use;
- show one person, fully clothed, in an ordinary situation.
Every video you share must stay within the law where you share it and within the rules of the platform you post it on.
3. Prohibited categories
The following are never allowed, in the photo you upload, in the video produced, or in how you use or describe that video. Trying to get around these rules, for example by cropping, filtering or retrying a blocked photo, counts as a violation too.
3.1 Sexual and NSFW content
- Nude, partially nude or sexually suggestive photos, including underwear, lingerie or swimwear shots used to sexualise the result.
- Photos or videos that depict, imply or invite sexual acts.
- Any attempt to produce pornographic, fetish or erotic material, or "undressing" a real person.
3.2 Violence and gore
- Photos showing injuries, blood, dead bodies, self-harm or cruelty to people or animals.
- Content that threatens, glorifies or incites violence, terrorism or violent extremism.
- Weapons used to threaten or intimidate, or content that promotes dangerous acts.
3.3 Hate speech and harassment
- Content that attacks, dehumanises or mocks people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or serious illness.
- Hate symbols, slurs, or gestures and clothing used to promote hateful ideologies.
- Videos made to bully, humiliate, intimidate or target a specific person.
3.4 Child safety (CSAM)
Zero tolerance.
- Do not upload any photo of a person under 18, even if you are their parent or they look older. Do not upload a photo of an adult edited to look like a child.
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor is prohibited, whether real, AI-generated, drawn or implied.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is removed immediately, the account is closed permanently without refund, and we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, preserving the evidence the law requires.
3.5 Deepfakes and impersonation
- Uploading a photo of anyone other than yourself without their clear permission.
- Photos of celebrities, politicians, public officials, influencers or other public figures, and of fictional characters.
- Presenting a generated video as real footage, or using it to deceive people about who is in it or what they did.
- Using a video for fraud, scams, fake endorsements, election or political misinformation, extortion, or to get around identity checks.
- Removing or hiding the fact that a video was made with AI where the law or the platform you post on requires it to be disclosed.
3.6 Copyright and trademark infringement
- Uploading photos you do not own and have no licence to use, such as press, stock, agency or other photographers' images.
- Adding third-party logos, brands or trademarks to imply sponsorship, endorsement or an official connection, including with Drake, OVO Sound or any record label.
- Using generated videos commercially (adverts, merchandise, paid promotion) or claiming ownership of the soundtrack. The music belongs to its rights holders; see section 4 of the Terms of Service.
- Re-uploading other people's videos made with this service as your own.
3.7 Also not allowed
Illegal content of any kind, private personal data such as ID documents or addresses visible in a photo, malware or spam, and automated or bulk use of the service.
4. How we moderate content
We combine automated checks with human review. No system catches everything, which is why reports from users matter (see section 6).
| Layer | What happens |
|---|---|
| Fixed instructions | The scene, wardrobe and actions are written by us and cannot be changed by users, so the service cannot be prompted into making something else. |
| Upload rules | The photo uploader states the rules, and pressing Generate confirms that the photo follows this policy. Only a signed-in account with a verified email can generate. |
| Automated safety filters | Each photo is checked by the image model's safety system before a portrait is made, and the portrait is checked again by the video model's safety system before rendering. Content these systems flag, such as sexual or violent material, minors and, where the model supports it, recognisable public figures, is blocked. |
| Blocked generations | A blocked generation stops, nothing is delivered, and its credits return automatically. Repeated blocked attempts from the same account are reviewed by a person. |
| Private by default | Videos appear only in their owner's History, behind long random links that are not listed or indexed. There is no public gallery or feed. |
| Human review | Our team reviews every report, repeated filter blocks and any account flagged by our payment processor, and can view the photo and video concerned to decide. |
We do not watch every video before it is delivered. We do keep the records needed to investigate a report: the account, the uploaded photo, the portrait, the finished video and the time of generation.
5. What happens when the rules are broken
What we do depends on how serious the violation is, whether it was deliberate, and the account's history.
| Severity | Examples | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Minor, likely accidental | A photo of a friend uploaded without asking; a video shared without required AI labelling | Video removed, warning sent to the account email |
| Serious or repeated | Sexualised content, harassment, impersonating a public figure, repeated attempts to pass a filter | Video removed and account suspended, temporarily or permanently |
| Severe | Any content involving a minor, CSAM, threats of violence, fraud, extortion | Immediate permanent ban, all content deleted, report to NCMEC and/or law enforcement |
- Removal deletes the photo, portrait and video from our storage and from the account's History. Credits used on removed content are not refunded.
- Suspended accounts cannot sign in or generate. When an account is closed for a violation, unused credits are forfeited and payments are not refunded.
- Cooperation with authorities: we respond to valid legal requests and may share account and content records with law enforcement when the law requires it or when someone is at risk of harm.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, reply through the contact page within 14 days of our decision, from the email address on the account, and explain why. A different team member reviews the case and we reply within 7 days. Decisions about CSAM are not open to appeal.
6. Reporting content
Anyone can report a video made with this service, whether or not they have an account. Please report it if:
- you appear in a video you did not agree to;
- a video shows a minor, sexual content, violence or hate;
- a video impersonates someone or is being used to deceive or defraud;
- a video uses your copyrighted work or trademark.
How to report:
- Use the contact form and start your message with "Report", or
- email abuse@drakeburningbridgesai.com.
Include the video link (or a screenshot if you saw it elsewhere), where you found it, and what the problem is. If the report is about you, say so; we may ask you to confirm your identity before removing a video of you, but we never require it for reports involving minors. Copyright and trademark owners should also name the work and confirm they own it or act for the owner.
What happens next: we acknowledge reports within 2 business days. Reports involving minors, sexual content of a real person or threats of violence are handled first, and the content is taken down within 24 hours of confirmation. We tell the reporter what we did, without sharing the other user's personal data. Knowingly false reports are themselves a violation of this policy.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first. In the United States you can also report child exploitation to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this policy as the service, the law and the AI models change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
