In short: we keep your account details, the photo you upload, the portrait and video made from it, and your purchase records. Your photo goes to two AI providers only to make your video. We do not sell your data, and deleting your account deletes your photos and videos.
1. What we collect
| Data | Where it comes from | Why we need it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, profile picture | Your sign-up, or your Google account if you sign in with Google | To run your account and send sign-in and password emails |
| Your uploaded photo | You | To make your video |
| The full-body portrait and the finished video | Generated from your photo | So you can watch and download them in History |
| Credit balance, plans and purchases | Our records and Stripe | To charge and refund credits correctly |
| Where you arrived from (referring site, campaign tags, first page) | A first-party cookie set on your first visit | To understand which channels bring people to the site |
| Messages you send us | The contact form | To reply to you |
| Technical logs (IP address, browser, errors) | Your browser and our hosting | To keep the service secure and fix problems |
We do not ask for, and do not want, any special-category data such as health or political information. Please do not include it in photos or messages.
2. How your photo is processed
- Your photo is resized in your browser and uploaded to our storage on Cloudflare R2.
- An image model on Replicate reads it and creates a full-body portrait of the same person.
- A video model, reached through kie.ai or Replicate, uses that portrait to render the video.
- We store the finished video with its soundtrack so you can play and download it.
The providers receive your photo or portrait only to perform that step, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your photo to train any model, and we do not ask providers to do so.
3. Who else handles your data
| Service | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, database and file storage |
| Replicate | Full-body portrait step, and video rendering when selected |
| kie.ai | Video rendering when selected |
| Stripe | Payments and subscriptions; card details go directly to Stripe |
| Sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google" | |
| Resend | Sending account emails and delivering contact-form messages |
| Analytics tools (only if enabled) | Aggregate traffic statistics |
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. How long we keep it
- Photos, portraits and videos: until you delete your account, or ask us to delete them.
- Account details: as long as your account exists.
- Payment and credit records: as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records, even after an account is deleted.
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request.
Media files are stored under long random links that are not listed or indexed by search engines. Anyone who has the exact link could open it, so only share links to videos you are happy to make public.
5. Your choices and rights
- See or download your videos: open History.
- Delete everything: delete your account in settings. Your photos, portraits and videos are removed from storage at the same time.
- Correct your details: edit your profile in settings.
- Ask a question or make a request: use the contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as access, portability or objection, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
6. Children
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed. If you believe a child's data has been uploaded, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Connections to the site use HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to stored media requires the random link for that file. No online service is perfectly secure, but we limit what we keep and who can reach it.
8. Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and its date. Significant changes will be announced to signed-in users.
9. Contact
Questions about privacy: contact us. Cookies are explained in the Cookie Policy.
