Terms of Service
The rules for making Drake Burning Bridges AI videos, buying credits and sharing what you make.

On this page
In short: upload only photos you have the right to use, never create sexual, violent, hateful, child-endangering, impersonating or infringing content, credits buy videos and come back automatically when a render fails, the videos are yours to post, and this is an independent fan tool with no link to Drake or his labels.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Drake Burning Bridges AI ("the service", "we", "us") is the website at drakeburningbridgesai.com. It turns one photo you upload into a short video in the style of the Burning Bridges party trend. These terms apply whenever you visit the site, create an account, buy credits or generate a video. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You need an account to generate videos. You can sign up with Google or with an email address and password; email sign-ups must confirm their address first.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or buy credits.
- Keep your login details private. Activity on your account is treated as yours.
- You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting it also removes the photos and videos stored for it.
3. The photos you upload
You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to appear in a generated video. You may not upload:
- photos of children or teenagers;
- photos of public figures, celebrities or fictional characters;
- anything sexual, violent, hateful, or meant to mock, harass, deceive or impersonate a real person.
The full list of prohibited content is in section 6 and in our Acceptable Use Policy. You keep all rights to your photo. To make your video you allow us, and the AI providers we use (see the Privacy Policy), to store and process it for that purpose only.
4. Generated videos
- Each video is made by AI models from your photo and a fixed reference take. Results vary: faces, hands, clothes and timing may not match perfectly, and we cannot promise a particular look.
- Between you and us, you may use, download and share your videos for personal, non-commercial purposes such as posting on social media.
- The soundtrack in every video is commercial music owned by its rights holders. It is included so the video matches the trend; it does not give you a licence to the song. Platforms may mute, limit or remove clips under their own music rules, and that is outside our control.
- Do not present a generated video as real footage of an event that did not happen, or use it to mislead anyone about who is in it.
5. Credits, plans and payments
Videos are paid for with credits. The cost per video is shown next to the Generate button and on the Pricing page.
| One-time packs | Monthly or yearly plans | |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Once, per pack | Automatically each billing period until you cancel |
| When credits arrive | Right after payment | Every month, including each month of a yearly plan |
| Do credits expire? | No | Yes, unused plan credits expire at the end of each monthly cycle |
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- You can cancel a plan or change it from your billing settings at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- If a video fails to render, its credits return to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
- Every render costs us real money, so payments are not refunded once credits from them have been spent. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will look at it. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the unused credits it added are removed.
6. Acceptable use, moderation and reporting
This section summarises our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms. If the two ever differ, the Acceptable Use Policy applies.
6.1 Prohibited content
You may not upload, generate, share or try to generate:
| Category | Not allowed |
|---|---|
| Sexual / NSFW | Nudity, sexually suggestive or explicit material, or "undressing" a real person |
| Violence / gore | Injuries, blood, self-harm, cruelty, threats, terrorism or glorified violence |
| Hate speech | Attacks on people for a protected characteristic, hate symbols, slurs, targeted harassment |
| Child safety (CSAM) | Any photo of a person under 18, and anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor. Zero tolerance; reported to NCMEC and law enforcement |
| Deepfakes / impersonation | Anyone else's photo without consent, public figures or fictional characters, passing a video off as real, fraud or misinformation |
| Copyright / trademark | Photos you have no right to use, third-party logos or brands implying endorsement, commercial use of the soundtrack |
6.2 Fair use of the service
You also agree not to:
- break any law, or anyone else's rights, through the service;
- try to get around credit charges, rate limits or safety filters, including by retrying a blocked photo in altered form;
- scrape the site, probe it for weaknesses, or overload it with automated requests;
- resell access to the service or its outputs as your own product.
6.3 Content moderation
Users cannot write prompts: every video uses our fixed scene instructions. Each photo and portrait passes the AI providers' automated safety filters before rendering, and blocked generations are refunded automatically. Our team reviews every report and repeated filter blocks, and can view the content concerned. Details are in section 4 of the Acceptable Use Policy.
6.4 Enforcement
Depending on severity we may remove a video, warn you, suspend your account, or close it permanently. Credits spent on removed content are not refunded, and when an account is closed for a violation unused credits are forfeited and payments are not refunded. Content involving minors leads to an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities. You can appeal a decision within 14 days through the contact page. Where we close an account for reasons other than a breach, we refund unused pack credits.
6.5 Reporting
To report a video, use the contact form and start your message with "Report", or email abuse@drakeburningbridgesai.com. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and take down confirmed content involving minors, sexual content of a real person or threats within 24 hours.
7. No affiliation
This is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Drake, OVO Sound, their record labels, or anyone who appears in the original video. Names are used only to describe the trend the service recreates.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". AI providers, payment processors and hosting can have outages that delay or stop renders.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
